Hi Michael,

Do you know to what extent multinationals based in Sweden, Denmark, Austria etc were established in those countries rather than attracted investment inward for multinational employment as in Ireland's case. For example the likes of Volvo, Ericsson, H&M, Carlsberg, Danske Bank etc. And if those homegrown multinationals are key employers in Sweden, Austria and Denmark what policies were implemented in those countries for that development to happen. Shouldn't that be the focus of policy development?
